How to: Install Addon(s)

Greetings, Honor's Dawn users, I decided to take some of my spare time and convert it into a Guide, it will cover how to install a Addon.

1) Go to a site where you can downoad addons, such as http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/default.aspx.

2) Think about the things you need help with, such as Player Versus Player.

3) Type in the search terms, such as "PvP" to search for Addons with "PvP".

4) Click on the search button.

5) Now there will be a list of Addons displayed on the Page, take your pick and choose some Addon(s).

6) When you have found an addon that you want, click on the link, and it should take you straight to the Addon. For example: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/bartender4.aspx

7) IMPORTANT: Make sure that the Addon(s) you wish to download are updated to the patch Honor's Dawn is on.

Click on the big orange button named Download. You will now be redirected to the addon download page where you can finally extract and install your Addon(s).

9) Click on 'manual install' and save the file where ever you want. Make sure you can retrieve it.

10) Once you downloaded the file, you have to open the file. Usually it's a .zip file and almost every computer can read that. If not, download winrar. (Google ==>> Winrar download)

11) Extract the file into your \\world of warcraft\interface\Addons folder. Or just open the .zip file, select the folders that are in it, control+c, go to your \\world of warcraft\interface\Addons folder, and control+v.
Usually it's c:\program files\world of warcraft\
It can also be: c:\users\Public\Public documents...

12) Make sure you put the folders there from the addon, and NOT the files that are IN the folders. So it will look like this:

13) Close everything, start up your game and there you go!

14) If you are experiencing any troubles using an addon, go to the addon site and check for help. Also try and attempt to delete your cache which is located in your \\world of warcraft\ folder. Select and delete the cache folder.

Atlasloot
Cartographer
Recount
ArkInventory (shows all your equipped as 1 big bag)
Bartender
